DESCRIPTION
Top of the line Silverado loaded with options! It\'s a big 4 wheel drive brute while still offering all the comfort of a luxury car. It has everything from a/c and an automatic trans to power windows and cruise control! It has always been a clean truck, claimed to have 39,000 actual miles! It looks new. This will take you back so you can relive 1985 all over again!
EXTERIOR: It is show quality! The dark blue paint was applied with great attention to detail and brought to a glossy finish. Looking down the side of the body it is straight as an arrow and all the panels are properly aligned with gaps that are spot on. The windshield was replaced, the windows are original and have been tinted. It has an optional sliding rear window. The bumpers have new chrome and being a Silverado it has the chrome side moldings that look new. The 4x4 gives it a nice stance and it is sitting on some sharp looking rims. They are Ion alloy 16\" rims wrapped in like new radial tires that are size 265/75R16.
INTERIOR: It is practically new inside too! restored right back to 1985 specs. The plush cloth upholstery is new and so are the carpet and door panels. The inside of the cab has excellent blue paint and being the top of the line it also has a cloth headliner. The dash area also looks like new and features a factory Am-Fm cassette and a quartz clock. I\'m genuinely impressed by the condition of this interior. The headliner is not sagging. The dash pad is not cracked. The gauge bezel, door panels, bench seat, and carpeting all appear to be virtually new. And even the dome light is working.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Wonderfully detailed. The 350 V8 engine appears to be factory stock with several parts replaced. It\'s equipped with air conditioning, power steering, and power brakes. Fresh belts have been installed. The battery is properly secured. The bottom side of the hood is complete with insulation. Even the fender well mounted bottle jack is still in place. Overall, this engine bay looks like it just rolled out of the dealership showroom.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The entire 8\' trunk bed has been repainted body color including inside the jamb of the tailgate. It\'s in fantastic condition with a slick and glossy finish.
UNDERSIDE: Nice and clean. This truck has been maintained as needed since new and neatly detailed with flat black paint. It has front disc brakes. The dual exhaust system has been replaced with new pipes, mufflers, and even polished exhaust tips. It has dual gas tanks, and they were both replaced. The full-size spare tire is mounted underneath. Looking up at the engine and Turbo 400 automatic transmission everything seems correct with no visible leaks. The floors are solid and rust free.
SERVICE: Our lead mechanic thoroughly inspected this truck. We repaired the driver door lock switch, installed an ashtray, repaired the marker light wiring, and repaired the license plate light.
This 4x4 pickup is so nice it\'s ready to attend shows. Personally, I think driving it is where to show it off; see how many thumbs up it gets. It\'s list of options is equally impressive as its overall condition. It has accumulated less than 34,000 on the odometer during its life, and now is a relic from a lost era. What a blast from the past!
