DESCRIPTION

A nicely done Classic Ford Coupe with down and dirty simple upgrades for regular cruising. This is one of the coolest body styles of the 50’s Fords and can be seen regularly in any Classic Hot Rod Magazine. Finished in a Solid Ivory paint with old school custom hand painted pin-striping throughout to compliment the body lines. The Ride Tech air suspension on all four corners lets you drop it in the weeds for the local car shows and a cool set of 15 inch Steel Wheels finished in Bright Orange with Chrome hub caps wrapped in BF Goodrich Silvertown wide whites for a comfortable ride. Under the hood sits a healthy 350 Chevy V8 with an Edelbrock carburetor and aluminum intake manifold, HEI distributor, aluminum radiator, coated Shortie Headers with dual exhaust running through some long old school glass packs, custom inner fenders, TCI front end with power rack and pinion steering and Hydroboost power disc brakes up front to make it stop. Putting the power to the wheels is a nice Turbo 350 automatic transmission, custom driveshaft spinning the Heavy Duty Ford 9 inch rear differential geared for the highway. The beautiful custom Cream Leather interior was completed by Albert Lara, a well known local classic car upholstery legend and includes a custom center console, air ride control center, high end carpeting and even a finished matching trunk. Other options include a tilt steering column with custom Retro reduced size steering wheel, Kenwood AM/FM CD Stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity, Vintage heat and A/C system, new Ron Francis wiring throughout and front and rear seat belts. There is nothing cooler looking than a slammed Shoe Box Ford!
