1973 Chevy Corvette convertible True NCRS SURVIVOR CANDIDATE!!! If you want a real true survivor 1973 is ONE YEAR ONLY Corvette that was never molested, beat up, torn apart, fixed and repaired, had 20-30 owners, etc. THEN LOOK NO FURTHER! The car is an all matching numbers, 2 owner, 45k original mile car and was purchased in 1975 from the original owner, of only 2 years, Owned the car for just shy of 50 years! Yes, 50 effin years! Treated his car like a baby! I promise that this corvette is the best driving old car you will EVER DRIVE! THE CAR NEEDS NOTHING TO DRIVE CROSS COUNTRY TODAY! It WILL BE the tightest old car you will drive, never-the-less a corvette! The car has 60-65% of it\'s original paint (code 976 Mille Miglia red) and is still looking great to this day and would still win local shows...NOT SURVIVOR SHOWS ...regular car shows, it\'s THAT nice! The sections that were painted match PERFECTLY! The interior is 100% original, including the carpet, which is amazing (code 425...very rare dark red vinyl). I have the original alternator which was changed last year and everything else under the hood is original. Everything is matching numbers (350 L48 engine, trans and rear) and the car is loaded with options like AC, power windows, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, convertible with hard top (I have a hardtop that I will give with the car that will need some work), power steering, power disc brakes, AM-FM stereo radio, map light, custom interior trim and automatic transmission. The license plates were removed a couple of days ago and underneath them was absolutely amazing and completely original! It looks like the section under the rear plate was restored yesterday (pictured)! The car is a real time capsule. All of the original instructions are still on the car even the one on the sunvisor! Engine compartment stickers and rear compartment instructions are still in nearly perfect condition along with the original jack! Trim tag is pictured.
