1985 Jaguar XJ-SC European Spec (gray market vehicle). Imported from Europe new in 1985. I am the 3rd owner. Always garage-kept. This Jag has a 6-cylinder 3.6L manual transmission engine and is a cabriolet that was not available in the US market in 1985. It has 69K miles. Recently had BG service and a fresh oil change. Tires are in great shape and only have about 1,000 miles on them. New battery. Idle is a little rough, engine runs a little rich. Once engine is warm, runs and drives well, even on highway. A/C does not work, also it has a slight oil leak. Overall, condition of car is good.
Original paint, some minor rock chips on hood, a small area of surface rust on driver’s door, a couple of small dents and scratches on driver’s side. Otherwise, paint is in good shape considering its age.
Cream leather bucket seats and wood-grain dash. Interior is in good shape with only some minor imperfections due to age. Newer sound system with USB ports.
