1958 Chevrolet Cameo
The last year for the Chevrolet Cameo, the 1958 “Task Force” trucks saw a redesign of the front end sheet metal. The most noticeable difference was the quad headlights and a massive front grille. Due to unpopular results with the Cameo, the line-up was dropped mid-year and replaced with the Chevrolet Fleetside. Standard equipment included 1 pint oil bath air cleaner, 12 volt battery, chrome bumperettes, custom cab equipment, single exhaust, front side mirror, tubeless tires, dual vacuum wipers and a 3-speed manual transmission. The 1958 Cameo came in 9 two-tone color combinations – the first color listed is the main body color.
